All orders are shipped via Australia Post and collected Monday to Friday.

REGULAR POST within Australia:

All orders will be dispatched to Australia Post within 24 hours. Where possible we will endeavor to have regular post orders dispatched same-day.

Depending on your location, please allow 5-7 business days for regular post.

We offer FREE regular post for all orders $75-$100.

EXPRESS POST within Australia:

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. where possible we will endeavor to have express orders dispatched same-day.

Depending on your location, please allow 1-2 business days for express post.

We offer FREE express post on all orders over $100.

If you need express post for orders under $100, please select express shipping at the checkout for an extra $5

USA & Canada:

Free Shipping for all orders over $100USD.

TRACKING:

We add your nominated email address to all orders for automatic tracking updates via email.

We also send you a tracking number via your nominated email address upon fulfillment or your order, along with a link to Australia Post tracking.

If you have any issues tracking your order, or you have not received a tracking number/updates, please Contact us for assistance.

RETURN SHIPPING:

In order to offer our exclusive low prices, unfortunately we are unable to cover your return shipping costs at this stage as it will force higher item prices.

We urge customers to refer to our size charts on each individual product page in an effort to avoid return shipping costs.

PRE ORDERED ITEMS

All Pre-Ordered items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48hrs when delivery is taken of new stock. All expected delivery times specified on the product page are approximate and are subject to change. if you are unhappy with the wait time for any reason, please contact us at info@spinngolfwear.com and your order will be cancelled and refunded before shipping.
